SILVER PLAN

$199 Initiation Fee

$99/Month - 1 year commitment


• Unlimited office visits and nail trims
• Annual dental cleaning (does not include blood work)
• 2 fecal exams
• 2 anal expressions
• Rabies and Distemper vaccines only
• Unlimited Ear Cleanings

NICKEL PLAN

$199 Initiation Fee

$89/Month - 1 year commitment

 

For dogs and cats under one year of age
• Spay or neuter before 1 year of age
• Unlimited office visits and nail trims
• Pre-anesthetic blood work panel (includes

   heartworm and feline leukemia tests)
• 4 fecal exams
• 2 anal expressions
• 2 dewormings
• Any vaccinations needed (that are offered

   by AMAH)
• Unlimited Ear Cleanings
